The Spartan basketball team lost in the state quarterfinals to Mustang yesterday, 48-42. Mitchell Solomon tied the game with 4 minutes to go, but a 5-0 run by Mustang sealed the deal. Mustang moves on to play Putnam West in the semifinal.
